Job Description:

We are offering an employment opportunity for a Product Manager III in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Product Manager III, you will be responsible for creating product requirements and managing them from conception to delivery. This role requires close collaboration with large organizations and cross-functional teams. You will also be expected to understand customer behavior and needs, translating these insights into product requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and establish product requirements
Manage product development from initial concept through to delivery
Understand and implement existing processes with consideration of their impact on end customers
Collaborate with large organizations and cross-functional teams
Develop new approaches to enhance customer experience
Understand customer behavior and needs and effectively translate these into product requirements
Dive deep into technical considerations as needed
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
Proficiency in customer service
Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable product requirements
Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with product lifecycle management

Nice to have:

MBA preferred
