Job Description:

Our client seeks an experienced Product Manager who excels in communication, mediation, and collaborative product delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, a passion for user-centered design, and a talent for turning vision into value. The position involves defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing features, overseeing the backlog, de-risking product direction, and managing delivery timelines.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
defining the product vision
ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
fostering strong communication and mediation between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to keep delivery aligned with the product roadmap
actively identifying and addressing risks
maintaining a collaborative team environment
leveraging Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful product outcomes

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in communication and mediation skills with business teams and core team members to ensure Client products are progressing according to schedule or product road map
