Job Description:

The IT Business Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Job Responsibility:

Understand the Product vision, strategy, and roadmap and own it
Align Product goals with Business objectives, and regulatory requirements
Act as a bridge between Business and Technology Teams
Work closely with Product Manager and Senior stakeholders
Collaborate with UI/UX designers
Own and manage the Product backlog
Work in an Agile environment
Partner with Scrum master, Development team, and Quality Assurance team
Define KPIs to measure Product success
Get user feedback on Product features

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Experience in liaising between business users and technologists
Understanding of Product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Ability to align Product goals with Business objectives and regulatory requirements
Experience in Agile environments
Strong communication skills
Experience in managing Product backlogs and defining user stories
Collaboration with UI/UX designers
Knowledge of KPIs and customer feedback processes
