Our client is a global leader in precision instruments and process analytics solutions, serving industries such as water treatment, semiconductors, and manufacturing. This role focuses on driving sales and business development within the region.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
Identify and engage potential clients, including system fabricators and industrial partners
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and consultation services
Support the Sales Manager in marketing campaigns, lead generation, and pipeline management
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Conduct negotiations and prepare cost estimates to secure profitable deals
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
2+ years of technical sales experience in process analytics, instrumentation, or related industries
Strong knowledge of control instrumentation systems, sensors, and data communication protocols
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel within the Northern region (Penang and surrounding areas)
Candidates with water treatment or semiconductor industry experience are preferred
