Job Description:

Our client is a global leader in precision instruments and weighing solutions, serving industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. As a Product Specialist - PRO based in Johor, you will drive sales growth by securing new customers, providing technical consultation, and managing key relationships for cutting-edge measurement and control systems in Johor.

Job Responsibility:

Manage existing accounts and update sales pipelines
Identify new prospects and engage with potential clients
Provide technical guidance and product presentations
Drive project pipelines, ensuring customer satisfaction through all sales stages
Represent the company at industry events like conferences and seminars

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in technical sales (preferably in control systems)
Knowledge of sensors, transmitters, and communication protocols (TCP/IP, fieldbus, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and possess a valid driving license
