Job Description:

We’re seeking a Production Designer to join our team on a 3-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. Based onsite in Dallas, Texas, this opportunity is perfect for an experienced, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our Art Director to bring creative concepts to life and ensure the seamless execution of assets across various print and digital platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with the Art Director to design and develop a wide range of media, including print and digital assets such as promotional flyers, posters, templates, booklets, ads, banners, brochures, social media graphics, and web graphics
Support both creative strategy and executional production work, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project expectations
Work with team members using project management tools such as Asana and Slack
Leverage skills in color theory, typography, and digital production to ensure quality and consistency across all design assets.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Required – Expertise in programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential
Strong Typography Skills – A solid understanding and application of typography are critical for creating effective designs
3–5 Years of Professional Experience – Prior experience as a production designer or in a similar role is highly preferred
Strong Understanding of Color Usage – Ability to apply effective color theory to create compelling visual designs.

Nice to have:

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
