Job Description:

The Production Engineer will lead the engineering and quality agenda with the overall goal to improve customer satisfaction. The role involves being the main contact towards suppliers, working as part of the business team to develop and secure production processes, handling quality deviations, and ensuring compliance to all IKEA requirements.

Requirements:

food engineering, quality and production development
engineering education
2-5 years of working experience within the food industry
good communicative skills
fluent in English
ability to prioritize and set a clear agenda
high energy and self-driven way of working
experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma

Nice to have:

experience in product audits and production risk assessments at supplier sites
interest and drive to build trust and partnership to reach common goals
