Job Description:

The role involves designing and managing IT applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure business continuity, operational support, and innovation. Focus areas include leading AI projects, reducing inefficiencies, and addressing feedback-driven performance improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement action plans to address user feedback + the metrics and improve overall performance
MI Reduction: Identify and implement strategies to reduce machine inefficiencies (MI) and improve operational efficiency
Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) reviews to identify and address underlying issues affecting product performance
Lead and deliver AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience
