Job Description:

This position involves managing production processes, overseeing teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment for efficient operations in a manufacturing setting. Preferred candidates will have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficiency
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of team members(TM's) to achieve production goals
Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any concerns
Confirm & implement standard work
Ensure safety, Quality, productivity & human development
Provide training and development opportunities for team members
Ensure improvement implementation

Requirements:

Willingness to work in the conveyor line, shift & flexible
Able to manage day to day operations & manage outcomes
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficiency
Ensure compliance adhering to company policies & procedures
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of team members(TM's) to achieve production goals
Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any concerns
Confirm & implement standard work
Ensure safety, Quality, productivity & human development

Able to identify problems
Coordinate with different stakeholders to resolve issues identified by members
Ensure improvement implementation
Communication skills, Interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment & Safety & Quality standards
Local language proficiency [Marathi, Hindi]
Proficiency in MS Office 365 [Excel, Word, PPT]
Proactiveness and flexible
Time management, analytical skill, decision making
Team management and team player
Ability to adopt to changes
