Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for a leading player in the E&E Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 60 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient scheduling, and adherence to planned output
Maintain compliance with production goals, quality expectations, and workplace safety regulations
Continuously assess and refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity
Provide strong leadership and support to the production team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment
Analyze production metrics, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions to optimize performance
Keep precise documentation and records of production activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic production objectives and performance indicators

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Proficiency in Mandarin
Possess working experience in E&E or Automotive Industry
