Job Description:

Our Compounding Isolator team in Thetford is recruiting Production Technicians to manufacture life-saving products such as chemotherapy and antibiotics that go directly to patients in hospitals worldwide. No experience required – we provide fantastic training to ensure compliance and comfort. Join a company committed to saving lives and promoting personal and professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Manufacture life-saving products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
perform routine quality checks as part of the manufacturing process
correctly record data on batch paperwork and quality documents
perform cleaning for equipment and work areas as defined in SOPs
notify Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager of process deviations and participate in corrections
perform tasks requested by Team Leader

Requirements:

No experience required
strong work ethic
reliable and committed
flexibility to meet patient needs
effective and respectful communication
analytical and meticulous problem-solving approach
high quality standards
attention to detail
ability to prioritize and adapt
English & Mathematics GSCE qualified or equivalent

Nice to have:

Experience in manufacturing
GMP knowledge
background in hospitality, customer service, education, care, or retail
