Job Description:

Production Technicians manufacture life-saving nutrition sent directly to patients in homes and hospitals worldwide. The role involves working in controlled cleanrooms, performing routine quality checks, recording data, and adhering to SOPs. The position includes training, salary benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Manufacturing life-saving products in accordance with approved SOPs
performing routine quality checks
recording detailed data on batch paperwork and quality documents
performing and recording cleaning tasks for equipment and work areas
notifying Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Quality Assurance of process deviations and correcting mistakes
performing tasks requested by the Team Leader

Requirements:

Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment
flexibility to meet patient needs
effective and respectful communication
analytical and meticulous approach to problem solving
excellent quality standards and attention to detail
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
ability to prioritize daily work schedule
adaptability to different tasks
English & Mathematics GSCE or equivalent qualification

Nice to have:

Background in manufacturing/GMP
strong background in hospitality, customer service, education, care, or retail
