Job Description:

The TECHNICIAN is responsible for supporting aseptic manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. A phenomenal chance to initiate your career in Baxter as a Technician in Production to join a small team based in our Sandyford operation in South Dublin.

Job Responsibility:

Manufacturing TPN products in a clean-room environment using LAF technology
performing environmental monitoring of the cabinets and clean-room facility
assisting in process and equipment validation
observing and promoting Good Manufacturing Practices
liaising with Customer Services and Warehousing on goods inward and delivery issues
monitoring facility parameters
stocking and maintaining changing rooms and other ancillary areas
maintaining stock in Grade D preparation areas
cleaning isolators and performing integrity and pressure gauge checks
performing transfer sanitization into cabinets
inspecting and labeling compounded products
dispatching compounded products
collaborating with Quality department on quality issues
following standard operating procedures
adhering to health and safety regulations
observing company rules and procedures.

Requirements:

Experience is helpful
knowledge of GMP is desirable
curiosity about learning new technologies and practices
self-motivated with good communication skills
analytical and meticulous approach to problem-solving
attention to detail
ability to work effectively in a team environment
ability to prioritize daily work schedule
adaptable to different tasks based on daily scheduling
ability to establish and maintain good working and interpersonal relationships.
