Job Description:

For a structured and well-organized meat processing company, we are recruiting a production worker in Lendelede, West Flanders. The company specializes in poultry products and operates both in domestic and international markets, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the UK, and the Middle East. It holds a halal certification, which is a key advantage for its export activities. The production worker will be responsible for various tasks within the production process. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in different departments, including pre-processing, processing and production, and packaging. Initially, employees will rotate across different departments to determine the best fit for their skills and talents. There are opportunities for growth within the company, even for those without prior experience. Motivation is the most important requirement.

Job Responsibility:

Perform production-related tasks in pre-processing, processing, or packaging
Work efficiently at a fast pace in a structured and clean environment
Rotate across different departments during the initial phase to identify the best fit for long-term placement
Maintain high hygiene and quality standards within the production process

Requirements:

Strong motivation to work in a production environment
Ability to work in two shifts (early shift: 5 AM - 1 PM, late shift: 1 PM - 9 PM)
Capable of handling tasks at a fast work pace
