Job Description:

A prestigious defense law firm in Pittsburgh specializing in complex litigation, including products liability, commercial disputes, and more. This team is known for its commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, who range from Fortune 500 companies to smaller enterprises. We are looking for a talented and motivated associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic and growing products liability defense practice.

Job Responsibility:

Defend products liability cases, including discovery, motions, and trial prep
Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings
Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships
Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed

Requirements:

J.D. and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
3-5 years of products liability defense or related litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage complex cases and work independently
