Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise South Africa is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Program Management Intern to join the Office of the Managing Director. This internship provides an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales support, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of business activities
Collaborate with different teams to execute key business projects and initiatives that align with HPE’s strategic objectives
Research, analyze, and propose innovative ideas to help expand HPE’s market share in South Africa
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment
Monitor key business metrics and contribute to reports that help drive data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Must have recently graduated from university
Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus
