Job Description:

The Program Management Jr Analyst will support Citi’s Third Party Management Program, ensuring compliance with policies, guiding stakeholders, and improving processes. The role requires strong knowledge of third-party lifecycle management, regulatory guidelines, and risk analysis, with an emphasis on effective communication and analytical skills.

Job Responsibility:

Provide operational support for Citi’s Third-Party Management Program
implement standardized processes to ensure compliance with Citi’s policies and standards
guide internal stakeholders
monitor and ensure timely completion of activities related to the third-party lifecycle
ensure data accuracy for reporting third-party metrics
identify process gaps and support process improvements
coordinate with policy owners and stakeholders
support audits by providing data and addressing feedback
take ownership of projects or tasks assigned.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge about Third Party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory guidelines Contract Terms & conditions, Information Security, Regulations (OCC, GDPR, Data Privacy Laws, and Country specific Local Laws etc.)
providing process guidance and support to Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and other business stakeholders on end-to-end Third-Party Management requirements
facilitating and coordinating with various Policy Owners in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, Information Security and Continuity of Business (CoB)
ability to act as Level 1 Reviewer in the team and understand the nuances of the Third-Party Management process
strong organization skills
detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
excellent relationship management skills
strong risk, process, and project management skills
proven ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds
minimum 6+ years of working experience in financial services or banking
professional qualification (preferably CA fresher’s)
excellent communication skills
good Excel skills.

Nice to have:

Professional qualification (CA)
ability to analyze data and forecast trends with respect to inherent risk associated with third parties
ability to build controls to mitigate risks
experience in process reengineering and automation projects (e.g., Robotic Process Automations)
ability to initiate process changes in line with new emerging risks and regulatory requirements.
