Job Description:

Our client seeks a skilled Program Manager to provide expert-level program and project management leadership across a large-scale telecommunications transformation initiative. The successful candidate will lead the planning and implementation of service migrations impacting over 1,500 locations. This initiative includes migration to Microsoft Teams Phone Service and Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) and broadband internet services.

Job Responsibility:

Provide program and project management and coordination expertise throughout the lifecycle of this complex set of initiatives affecting people, processes, and technology
Plan, coordinate, implement, and migrate clients to new products and services, including the Microsoft Teams Phone Service and Software-Defined Wide Area Networking and Broadband network services
Lead the planning, coordination and implementation of technical service and solutions, large-scale migrations and product enhancements
Engage with clients to manage and facilitate service migrations effectively

Requirements:

Candidate's service implementation, migration and transformation experience, especially as it relates to Ontario Government services
Ability to plan and execute enterprise/large-scale voice, network and SD-WAN and broadband internet service migrations
The candidates' depth of experience leading complex Enterprise level projects related to technology implementations and transformations, and user migrations, especially as they pertain to Ontario Government telecommunications services

Nice to have:

Prior experience with Gov't of Ontario Networks
