Job Description:

My global multinational client are seeking an experienced Business Program Manager to join a dynamic team in London. This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months, requiring on-site presence three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in a central London location.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and drive end-to-end program plans, ensuring alignment with business goals
Manage cross-functional programs, streamline new processes, and establish best practices
Influence stakeholders, collaborate with key teams, and ensure smooth execution of business strategies
Define program priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of key objectives
Lead risk management, performance tracking, and program reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in Project/Program Management within a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen and ability to align program objectives with company strategy
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in program management
