Job Description:

The role involves collaborating with the MIS Department on a contract to permanent basis, with a focus on backend development and database management.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize expertise in Atlassian Jira, DB2 Database, and GitHub for efficient backend development and management
Apply knowledge in Hibernate ORM and AB Testing to enhance the performance of retail applications
Work on Linux with advanced user skills, including development and shell scripting
Use 4GL skills to work with Informix or FourJs BDL or Genero at a high level
Leverage Oracle knowledge for SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and programming interfaces
Handle Postscript used in forms at a medium level
Employ Tecsys development tools for optimal results
Manage the Elite DMS/WMS database for record keeping
Develop simple PHP programs to meet business needs

Requirements:

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Experience in backend development
Familiarity with DB2 Database
Proficient in using GitHub
Knowledge of Hibernate ORM
Experience with AB Testing
Ability to work in Agile Scrum environment
Proficiency in ASP.NET
Knowledge of CSS
Ability to create clear and concise documentation
Familiarity with Informix 4GL
Experience with ESB Oracle SOA
Knowledge of Elite Enterprise
Familiarity with Elite
Proficiency in PHP
