Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity to a Programmer Analyst in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. As part of our team, you will be expected to manage various IT, facilities, and special projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in program management, especially in the healthcare, veterinary, or academic sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage team operations, fostering a collaborative work environment
Utilize analytical skills to solve complex problems and improve processes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed and their needs are met
Utilize project management tools, facilities management software, and IT systems proficiently to ensure smooth operations
Adhere to regulations and standards related to healthcare facilities and educational institutions
Align project and program objectives with strategic goals and vision
Adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges in a dynamic environment
Ensure high-quality outcomes by paying keen attention to details
Demonstrate strong financial acumen in relation to budgeting and project execution

Requirements:

Proficient in Atlassian Jira
Proven experience in Backend Development
Proficient in DB2 Database
Strong knowledge of GitHub
Experience with Hibernate ORM
Ability to perform AB Testing
Familiarity with Agile Scrum
Knowledge of ASP.NET
Proficient in CSS
Strong documentation skills
PMP Certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
