Job Description:

The role involves working within the construction industry, where you will be tasked with managing financial information from subcontractors, preparing documents for review, and utilizing advanced Excel functions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and process information received from subcontractors
Compile and prepare documents for supervisors' review
Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Maintain and update accounting software systems
Ensure compliance with AIA Billing and AIA Documents standards
Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy
Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions
Perform other accounting functions as necessary

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Must be capable of performing various Accounting Functions
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with AIA Billing & Documents is desired
Must be able to perform advanced functions, including pivot tables, within Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

Experience with AIA Billing & Documents
