We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Administrator in the construction industry. The position is based in Sparks, Nevada, and involves supporting our construction project team with administrative tasks, documentation, hiring, and project coordination.
Job Responsibility:
Offer administrative assistance to the construction project team, focusing on maintaining up-to-date and precise documentation
Be actively involved in the hiring process of new field employees, including onboarding and tracking relevant training
Organize and maintain critical records such as project files, contracts, and RFI logs
Oversee the scheduling of meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities
Track compliance with local hiring regulations in the construction industry
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory
Familiarity with Concur is required
Competence in using About Time software is essential
Proven experience in answering inbound calls is necessary
Strong knowledge and understanding of the construction industry
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in onboarding and hiring processes
Prior experience in managing commercial construction projects is crucial
Comprehensive understanding of construction costs
Proficiency in handling construction documents
Deep understanding of project management principles and practices
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
