We are seeking detail-oriented and resourceful Contract Project Coordinators to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional projects. Job Responsibility:

Manage resource allocation to maintain efficiency and balance workloads
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and project logs
Provide regular updates to stakeholders through progress reports and dashboards
Risk and Issue Management
Identify potential risks and issues, escalate them to the appropriate parties, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies
Tool and System Management
Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet to track progress and ensure transparency
Maintain and update project systems to reflect real-time statuses and changes
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication to facilitate team and stakeholder collaboration
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet) to track deliverables and performance metrics
Problem-solving skills to identify constraints and recommend effective solutions
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in related roles such as Project Assistant or Project Administrator
