Job Description:

We are in search of a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful completion of networking and cabling projects within our company. You will be at the forefront of communication between our technical teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth operation and the timely achievement of project milestones.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of networking and cabling projects
  • Track the progress of projects and identify any potential risks or delays
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of strong client relationships
  • Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment from vendors
  • Coordinate the scheduling of technicians and resources for on-site installations
  • Manage the logistics of equipment and materials delivery
  • Aid in ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
  • Support the testing and validation of installed networking and cabling systems

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and management
  • Familiarity with network switches and LAN - Local Area Network
  • Experience working with ISPs
  • Proficiency in Visio Technical
  • Experience in IT project management
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle high-pressure situations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
