Job Description:

A leading project management company specialising in the healthcare sector is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their experienced project management teams. Working with both local and national government healthcare departments, private sector organisations, and building contractors, the company has successfully delivered major projects, including new theatres, refurbishments, and healthcare facility upgrades.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as first point of contact and communicating project status to all stakeholders after referral to Project Director
Supporting the Project Director and Senior Project Managers as required
Working as part of the project management team assisting with various project applications
Ensuring Project Directors action points from all meetings are addressed/bought to attention before set deadlines /next scheduled meeting
Administration of the company’s document control systems
Maintaining electronic/paper filing systems for all project records
Attendance of meetings at site and/or external offices as requested by the Project Director
Booking and organising meetings
Writing up minutes for meeting attended with summarised action points
Providing pre-meeting preparation of documentation and relevant updates
Monitoring and correlating of incoming emails
Monitoring project progress

Requirements:

Experience in a project coordination or administrative role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in document control and project management systems
Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
Previous experience in healthcare or construction project management is desirable
