Job Responsibility:

Managing the delivery of civil and stabilisation projects
Financial, operational, programming, subcontractor management, and QSE objectives
Full ownership of the project cycle, including the preparation of estimates and tender bids
Building long-term relationships with clients
Ensuring successful project outcomes and contributing to broader business activities

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in civil/pavement construction
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
Proven track record in managing projects within budget
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to work independently
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
A proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines
