Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Finance Associate for our global business partner to manage financing needs, credit analysis, loan agreements, and financial risk controls, among other responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in processes of evaluating project financing needs for investment projects of the company
Participate credit analysis, credit processes and provide responses related questions about the transactions
Preparing presentations for the review of senior management
Coordinate all parties involved in the development of the project including, finance, legal, and technical elements
Negotiate loan agreements and all other documentation
Review the financial risk controls of the relevant contracts
Prepare and monitor financial model and/or financial analysis and/or budget
Prepare and monitor sector reports
Preparing feasibility analysis
Monitor and report the progress and technical performances of the projects which are in investment stage or operational stages.

Requirements:

Graduated from Economics, Business Administration or Engineering Departments of reputable universities
Minimum 2 years of solid experience preferably in project finance, credit-loan negotiations in Project Finance or Foreign Borrowings Debt Capital Market Departments of Banks
Previously worked in projects/loan facilities with Multilateral Banks and International Financial Institutions such as EIB, EBRD, IFC
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Excellent command of MS Office Applications, (especially advanced Excel)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to make exhaustive financial analysis
Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic, organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be self-motivated.
