Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, managing resources, and maintaining project schedules while ensuring quality standards are met.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects with specified deliverables
Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders
Develop a detailed work plan identifying and sequencing activities for successful completion
Determine and allocate necessary resources (time, budget, personnel, equipment) for project execution
Create and manage project schedules, adjusting as needed in collaboration with senior management
Establish project objectives and performance measures for evaluation
Lead project staffing efforts, including the interview and selection process
Manage and oversee project staff, ensuring alignment with project goals
Execute project activities according to the established project plan
Develop documentation, forms, and records to track project activities
Maintain secure and organized project files
Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
Establish and maintain communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed
Review project quality regularly, ensuring work meets established standards
Conduct project evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
Proven experience managing project timelines and deliverables
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
PMP certification preferred

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Power BI
