Job Description:

The Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives will oversee large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives demonstrating the organization's mission. The role includes project planning, risk management, budget handling, stakeholder communication, and the use of tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, and JIRA.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with staff, trustees, consultants, and external partners to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor the progress of assigned projects, identify potential risks, and make proactive adjustments to ensure completion within the stipulated timeframe
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, which include timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment
  • Work closely with leadership to manage and execute projects across all business units
  • Coordinate and communicate updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project milestones, challenges, and successes
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to execute complex tasks
  • Assist in developing and managing project budgets, keeping track of project expenditures, reconciling invoices, and processing payments
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, fostering collaboration and partnership management
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, CRM, Asana, JIRA to manage project-related tasks and communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign
  • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Demonstrable experience in enhancing Brand Awareness
  • Understanding of Budget Processes and Campaign Planning
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana and JIRA
  • Strong skills in Stakeholder Communications and conducting Executive Meetings
  • Knowledge of Public Affairs is required
  • Background in Archaeology or experience working with archaeological projects is a plus
  • Experience in managing Art Exhibitions is desirable
  • Formal Project Management certification or equivalent experience is mandatory
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging Executive Presentations
  • Experience in Conducting Meetings with various levels of management.
