Job Description:

The role primarily involves managing business projects to ensure timely completion, client satisfaction, and adherence to the budget. You will be responsible for all stages of project management, from planning to execution, within the established processes and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish a comprehensive project plan with details on each stage of the project, including timelines, costs, and required resources
  • Regularly report project progress to stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication
  • Lead a project team, fostering a collaborative work environment to drive project success
  • Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure necessary materials or services, ensuring the best value for the project
  • Monitor each stage of the project to ensure it is progressing as planned, within budget and time constraints
  • Mitigate project risks and implement strategies to avoid potential delays
  • Maintain a keen focus on client objectives throughout the project, ensuring deliverables meet their expectations
  • Uphold the quality standards of the organization throughout the project lifecycle
  • Handle materials management, ensuring optimal utilization and efficient handling
  • Oversee budget processes, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness in project execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Project Management, preferably as a Project Manager II or similar role
  • Demonstrable ability in planning and executing complex projects within specified timelines
  • Proficient in materials handling, ensuring resources are effectively utilized
  • Comprehensive understanding of budget processes to manage project finances efficiently
  • Proficiency with project management software, particularly 'About Time'
  • Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach beneficial agreements
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
  • Ability to manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within schedule
  • Familiarity with quality standards, with a commitment to ensuring all project activities meet these standards
  • Capability to consistently monitor and report on project progress, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed
