Job Description:

We are offering an intriguing contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager IV based in Springfield, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in our operations, focusing on the management of upcoming Facilities Capital Projects and office building outs. As part of our team, you will have the chance to work remotely, with some travel required depending on the project location.

Job Responsibility:

Manage expansions and renovations of facilities in various locations
Oversee new office fit outs and associated openings
Coordinate elevator replacements and lobby renovations as needed
Handle employee relocations and decommissioning of old offices
Supervise renovation and relocation projects
Conduct campus consolidation efforts
Operate multiple projects in different locations simultaneously.

Requirements:

Proven experience with the 'About Time' software
Demonstrable knowledge in facility management
Willingness to travel as per project requirements
Proficient in handling consolidations, including planning and execution
Extensive experience in the construction industry
Demonstrated ability in capital management, including budgeting and resource allocation
Familiarity with tenant relations and conflict resolution
Proven track record in property management, particularly commercial properties
Experience in managing replacement of assets or equipment
Expertise in overseeing renovation projects, from planning to completion
Familiarity with the process of decommissioning, including planning and execution.
