Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Lead located in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be having a crucial part in the planning and execution of projects, managing resources, and ensuring that project goals align with company objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Implement project management and SDLC processes including Waterfall, Agile, or blended project management processes
Maintain consistent communication across project teams to ensure alignment and address potential risks
Utilize Cloud Technologies and Microsoft Azure in managing and overseeing project execution
Employ your expertise in Contract Management and Content Management System (CMS) to ensure efficient project delivery
Lead complex projects within a specific domain or function, ensuring alignment with project interdependencies
Audit project progress, ensuring the achievement of key milestones and measurable outcomes
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite in managing and documenting project details
Implement best practices in project management and change management
Conduct coding tasks as part of project execution and delivery
Manage cross-functional project teams and foster a collaborative working environment
Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
Utilize your IT project management skills to lead and direct project teams

Requirements:

Applicant must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Manager/Lead role
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required
Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is a must
Demonstrated ability in Contract Management is necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Azure
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is required
Knowledge of Auditing processes and protocols is essential
Familiarity with industry Best Practices is necessary
Experience in Change Management is a requirement
Coding skills are a must
Proven experience in Cross Functional Project Management is required
Familiarity with Formal Project Management methodologies is necessary
IT project management experience is a must
