Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the Energy/Natural resources industry, based in The Woodlands, Texas. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. You'll be responsible for guiding project teams, overseeing user acceptance testing, and developing training materials to ensure smooth adoption by end-users.

Job Responsibility:

Guide and advise the project team on various aspects of the project
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the implemented solutions are functioning as designed
Develop training materials and step-by-step guides for seamless adoption by end-users
Utilize Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies in project management
Implement and manage CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Apply knowledge of About Time, AB Testing, and Agile Scrum methodologies
Oversee budget processes and ensure fiscal responsibility within the project scope
Implement and monitor Change Management strategies
Utilize SAP HANA and SAP ECC in project management and consultation

Requirements:

Proven experience in the Energy/Natural Resources industry
Previous role as a Project Manager or Sr. Consultant
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Expertise in Cisco Technologies
Understanding of Cloud Technologies
Knowledge of CRM systems
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Familiarity with About Time software
Proficiency in AB Testing
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
Understanding of Budget Processes
Expertise in Change Management
Experience with SAP HANA
Proficiency in SAP ECC
