Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager located in New Gloucester, Maine. Given the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be expected to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain an elevated level of customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Leading and managing projects within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry
Providing superior customer service and handling customer inquiries
Prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure timely completion
Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
Processing and maintaining accurate customer credit applications and records
Supervising and managing a team to ensure a high level of customer service
Utilizing communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
Leveraging database skills to maintain and manage customer information effectively

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a related field
High proficiency in database management and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Familiarity with project management software tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Detail oriented
Project Management certification would be a plus
