Job Description:

A dynamic Property Construction Consultancy that focus on Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying and actively looking to bring in a Project Manager to join their ever expanding Mayfair team. Their Project Managers work on high end Residential, Heritage, Commercial and Hotel schemes.

Job Responsibility:

Hands on approach to project delivery
Responsible for early design stages through to handover across different sectors

Requirements:

Previous role as a Project Manager working for a Construction Consultancy or Client Side position
Build Sector Project Delivery with pre and post contract experience
