Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic Project Manager with expertise in business change, regulatory compliance, and transformation within the BFSI sector. This role requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk control skills to drive high-impact projects that align with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end change projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
Develop and execute strategic project plans that align with business and regulatory requirements
Engage senior stakeholders across multiple business units, including Technology, Operations, Sales, and Legal
Oversee financial management and budgeting for key transformation initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in business change and transformation within financial services, banking, or insurance (BFSI)
Strong background in risk and regulatory compliance (FCA, MiFID II, Basel III, SOX)
Extensive stakeholder management experience across multiple geographies
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across technology, operations, legal, and compliance
Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial controls
Proficiency in project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
