Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In the role of a Project Manager, you will play a critical part in handling customer applications, keeping customer records precise, and addressing customer queries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process customer credit applications using Atlassian Jira
Maintain up-to-date customer credit records using CRM and ERP systems
Resolve customer inquiries using Cloud Technologies and Cisco Technologies
Oversee customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
Implement Agile Scrum methodologies in project management
Participate in AB Testing procedures to optimize project outcomes
Manage budget processes to ensure financial efficiency
Implement change management strategies to adapt to project shifts
Leverage 'About Time' software for time tracking and project management

Requirements:

Proven experience in the role of a Project Manager
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Expertise in Cloud Technologies
Experience working with CRM systems
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Knowledge of About Time software
Ability to conduct AB Testing
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
Familiarity with Budget Processes
Proficiency in Change Management
