Job Description:

A dynamic and growing consultancy in Nottingham seeks an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to join their thriving Nottingham team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage diverse residential development schemes across the UK, while delivering exceptional service within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Job Responsibility:

Leading multiple residential development schemes from inception to completion
Acting as Employer’s Agent/Contract Administrator per Development Agreements
Implementing and managing project-specific processes and systems
Monitoring project risks, key dates, cash flows, and unit delivery performance
Supervising and mentoring assistants and apprentices within the team
Ensuring adherence to quality and environmental management systems
Standing in for senior team members when required

Requirements:

A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Significant experience in a construction consultancy/housing sector
Proven ability to manage projects independently
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
A valid driving license and willingness to travel to sites across the UK
