Job Description:

We are offering a permanent contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry at our location in Concord, North Carolina. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. You will also be responsible for interacting with commercial customer resources, maintaining an understanding of the shop and installation capabilities, and managing submittals for stamped engineering.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the overall scope of assigned projects
Facilitate effective handoffs from the sales team
Build communicative relationships with clients and municipalities
Understand and work within the shop and installation capabilities
Identify external needs and select appropriate vendor support
Coordinate and direct location surveys for customers
Process documentation and payment authorizations for outsourced items
Manage permit applications and ensure compliance to code
Oversee submittals for stamped engineering
Create comprehensive work orders

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with Costpoint software
Experience with Deltek
Knowledge of Deltek Vision
Proficiency in 'About Time' software
Understanding of all Accounting Functions
Experience with managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
