Job Description:

This Manchester based Cost & Project Management Consultancy, established for over 30 years, are seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding offices. The Project Manager will work alongside experienced, MRICS Project Managers, who will support, mentor and guide them to succeed. A large proportion of the work is alongside Commercial Developers from early stages in their projects, so the role will involve Employer’s Agent work.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside experienced MRICS Project Managers
Employer’s Agent work
Report to Associate Project Managers

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
18 months + experience within a PQS/Consultancy
working on 'Build' projects
Employer’s Agent or Project Management experience
