Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland. Serving in the Investment Management industry, the Project Manager will oversee various projects, facilitate team meetings, and manage workflows using Agile Scrum methodology.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate and manage project workflows using Agile Scrum methodology
Utilize SQL queries and Azure functions to enhance project execution
Act as a Scrum Master, organizing and leading project meetings
Effectively identify and resolve issues within the data team
Manage and leverage cloud technologies for project advancement
Utilize Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and CRM for project management
Implement AB Testing to ensure project effectiveness
Oversee budget processes and change management within projects
Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient project execution
Employ 'About Time' for effective time management within projects

Requirements:

Proven experience in Investment Management or related industry
Demonstrable proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Knowledge of Cloud Technologies is essential
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Proficiency in using 'About Time' software
Experience with AB Testing
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
Knowledge and understanding of budget processes
Demonstrated skills in Change Management
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
A minimum of five years of experience in project management within the Investment Management industry
