Job Description:

We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include overseeing ERP system implementation, managing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality assurance. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and change management skills.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the implementation of ERP systems and ensure smooth operation
Handle day-to-day management of project plans, ensuring all tasks are on track and completed in a timely manner
Efficiently manage stakeholders and RAID, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times
Utilize Smartsheets for project management, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments
Identify and manage dependencies across various projects and initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are coordinated and aligned
Efficiently allocate resources for key stakeholders, always planning ahead to ensure optimal utilization
Schedule and coordinate meetings, resources, and project touchpoints, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
Support change management and communications for large complex projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of any changes or updates
Ensure quality assurance management, maintaining high standards in all project outcomes

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with all levels of the organization
Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and overseeing projects to successful completion
Proficient in the implementation of project plans, ensuring tasks are executed as per schedule
Ability to manage stakeholders, balancing their expectations and project requirements
Familiarity with monitoring tools to track project progress and report on key metrics
Demonstrated expertise in change management, effectively handling project modifications
Strong coordination skills to ensure team members are aligned with project goals
Experience with ERP solutions, utilizing them to enhance project efficiency
Skilled in resource allocation, optimizing the use of resources for project success
Ability to manage dependencies, mitigating risks to project timelines
Knowledge of RAID management, effectively identifying and managing project risks
Proficiency in QA management, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
