Job Description:

The prospective candidate will play a key role in coordinating and finalizing electrical-infrastructure projects aimed at supporting the deployment of electric vehicles. The scope of responsibilities ranges from complete project management to managing specific work-streams. The role necessitates efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines, as well as monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project/program.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the coordination and completion of electrical-infrastructure projects
Support the deployment of electric vehicles through effective project management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines
Monitor and summarize the progress of the project/program
Prepare and present reports to management regarding the status of the project/program

Requirements:

Lead the coordination and completion of electrical-infrastructure projects
Support the deployment of electric vehicles through effective project management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines
Monitor and summarize the progress of the project/program
Prepare and present reports to management regarding the status of the project/program
Leverage data management systems such as Excel Smartsheet Shield or similar software for program status assessment
Apply strong knowledge in managing multiple projects operating concurrently
Utilize understanding of electrical systems and relevant terminology
Ensure Quality Assurance of the projects
Preferably, have experience managing projects in construction, electrical-infrastructure, or utility fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and report preparation
Demonstrated experience in Project Management, specifically with end-to-end execution
Familiarity with Progress software and its applications in tracking project milestones
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders
Experience in managing construction and infrastructure projects
Proven track record in managing deployments of large-scale initiatives
Capable of preparing comprehensive reports detailing project progress and outcomes
Strong coordination skills to ensure smooth operations between different departments
Experience in data management, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
Understanding of end-to-end project management processes and strategies
Technical knowledge in electrical systems and their applications in projects
Ability to manage project plans, ensuring all tasks are executed within set timelines
Proficiency in using Smartsheet for project management and coordination
Experience in managing quality assurance within projects, ensuring all deliverables meet set standards
Deep understanding of electrical systems, and their integration within project scopes
