Job Description:

An established and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying practice is seeking a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Epping office. Working in a dual Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent capacity, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved from inception through to completion, supporting clients with both pre and post-contract services.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting clients with both pre and post-contract services
Business development
Client relationship management

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Strong pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
