Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will be integral in managing and facilitating various project stages, from initiation to closeout, and enhancing client satisfaction through efficient customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately set up new projects in the ERP and CRM system, aligning with client expectations and organizational objectives
Conduct and manage project closeout activities and financial reconciliations
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of project addendums in compliance with internal procedures and client specifications
Regularly monitor project credit hours and team allocations, making adjustments as necessary
Perform quality assurance reviews on project deliverables to ensure they meet established standards
Assist in customer delivery activities, providing support and resolving inquiries as needed
Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze project data, providing actionable insights for project decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
Mitigate project risks through effective quality assurance measures to minimize potential negative impacts on project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Specialist
Exceptional skills in customer service and data entry
Proficiency in managing timelines to ensure project completion
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Experience in business analysis, with a keen understanding of business processes and strategies
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively
