Job Description:

We are in search of a Property Accountant to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will be involved in the property accounting sector, handling tasks such as managing general ledger entries, and preparing financial statements.

Job Responsibility:

Execute the property accounting function with precision and timeliness
Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and reflective of financial transactions
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis
Accurately record journal entries in the financial system, ensuring they align with business transactions

Requirements:

Possession of strong skills in Property Accounting, with proven experience in the field
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas and data analysis tools
Extensive experience in carrying out Month End Close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Proven ability in Financial Statement Preparation, with a focus on clarity and detail
Solid understanding of General Ledger management, including posting transactions and reconciling accounts
