Job Responsibility:

Accurate processing and managing of accounts payable and receivable
Conducting regular bank reconciliations
Generating accurate financial reports
Utilizing Yardi and QuickBooks for property accounting functions
Leveraging commercial and residential property accounting experience
Making use of various accounting software systems and functions
Undertaking occasional light administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring adherence to accrual accounting and auditing practices
Effectively using Office Suite for various tasks
Acting as a notary when required

Requirements:
