Job Description:

The role is for a Property Accountant who will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our accounting operations. The workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where the successful candidate will be expected to handle a variety of tasks related to account coding and accounting software systems.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and executing accounting functions with precision
Utilizing accounting software systems for efficient financial management
Maintaining and updating Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with accuracy
Implementing ADP - Financial Services for optimal financial management
Conducting regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
Applying accrual accounting principles in financial operations
Utilizing AMSI and AppFolio for efficient account management
Coding accounts appropriately for seamless financial tracking
Resolving financial discrepancies and accounting issues promptly
Overseeing financial records and ensuring their accuracy and integrity

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Coding
Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of AMSI
Proficiency in AppFolio
Solid understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Competence in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in Accrual Accounting
Experience in Auditing
