Job Description:

As a Property Accountant, you will be tasked with managing property accounting processes, ensuring accurate account records, and handling related customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently carry out full cycle property accounting for each property
Maintain precision in customer credit records
Effectively handle month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
Manage and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Billing
Utilize MRI Software for property accounting tasks
Conduct Cam Reconciliation as part of the property accounting process

Requirements:

Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Property Accountant or similar role in the relevant field
Expertise in Property Accounting is a must
Proficiency in using MRI Software for accounting purposes
Solid understanding and experience of Cam Reconciliation
Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
